Dr. Polansky graduated from Edinboro University in Edinboro, PA with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He earned his medical degree from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine/Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then went on to complete a comprehensive surgical residency program at Riverside Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. During his residency Dr. Polansky was awarded the national Stickle award for his publications on "Digital Perfusion with Tibial Nerve Block", by the American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Polansky is board certified by both the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Polansky is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Currently Dr. Polansky is Chairman, Department of Podiatry, Good Samaritan Hospital and Upper Valley Medical Centers. Dr. Polansky is an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member with the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Polansky is the Founder and Director of the Advanced Foot and Ankle Care Centers. The Sidney location was established in 1985. The Piqua office opened in 1986, and the Huber Heights location was established in 1988. Dr. Polansky is an active member of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, and the Ohio Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Polansky continues to provide his patients with the latest treatment plans and technology available by regularly attending courses offered by the Orthopedic Institute, the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and other distinguished institutions.
Dr. Polansky and his wife reside in the area with their three children. Dr. Polansky became drawn to the field of Podiatry during his College athletic career as a collegiate pole vaulter.

Dr. Mike Jones is originally from Steubenville, Ohio. Dr. Jones is a graduate from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He obtained his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Jones completed a three year residency from the University Of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2005, focusing on forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery. In this intensive program, Dr. Jones' training focused on the most current technologies used to treat common hard and soft tissue deformities. His residency program gave intensive instruction on reconstructive diabetic forefoot, midfoot and rearfoot deformities, arthroscopy, ilizarov external fixation and trauma of the foot and ankle. Dr. Jones specializes in conservative and surgical management of both the foot and ankle.
Dr. Jones participated in collegiate football as a place kicker. He developed his interest in Podiatry and sports medicine after suffering a fractured ankle.
Dr. Jones is a member of the following organizations: American Podiatric Medical Association, Ohio Podiatric Medical Association, and American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Jones resides in the Troy area with his wife and two sons.

Dr. Carlson is originally from Alaska but has spent many years in Pennsylvania and Iowa and now calls Ohio home. He earned his medical degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa before completing his education with a three-year surgical residency in Salt Lake City, Utah. This residency program provided advanced training needed to be considered an expert in the treatment and care of all ailments of the foot and ankle, including forefoot and reconstructive rear foot surgery, pediatric, diabetic and geriatric lower extremity care and sports medicine. Dr Carlson also treats a wide variety of patients including foot and ankle fractures, advanced wound care as well as many laser surgical applications.
Dr. Carlson is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is also a member of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Podiatric Medical Association. He enjoys staying current with the newest advances and treatments available by regularly attending workshops and seminars offered by these and other associations.
As a college athlete and while attending his undergraduate courses, Dr. Carlson learned the significance of the feet and the important role they play for the rest of the body. This is what sparked his interest in the field of Podiatry.
Dr. Carlson is a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys using this in his medical practice. He has served the people of Guatemala and Spain and plans to perform more medical missions in the future.
Spending time with family is also important; Dr. Carlson, his wife, and two young boys love to visit local attractions, spend time outdoors, and attending athletic events.

Dr. Hillarie Amburgey was born and raised in Manchester, Kentucky. She graduated from Alice Lloyd College in Pippa Passes, Kentucky Suma Cum Laude. Her medical education took her to the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City where she graduated as class Valedictorian.
Dr. Amburgey completed a three year medical and surgical residency at the University of Louisville and Jewish Hospital and St. Mary's Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky in 2011. Her residency training provided a well rounded education in everything from treatment of traumatic injury of the foot and ankle to diabetic wound care. Dr. Amburgey also specializes in the surgical treatment of pediatric and adult foot and ankle deformities. She has had extensive experience with reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, external fixation, and sports medicine.
Dr. Amburgey is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Ohio Podiatric Medical Association, and Kentucky Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Amburgey enjoys attending informative seminars sponsored by these organizations.
Dr. Amburgey lives with her husband, Brandon in the Beavercreek area. They enjoy outdoor activities like running, skiing, hiking, and fishing.
She is welcoming new patients at three office locations: Huber Heights, Troy, and Piqua, Ohio.

Jamie grew up in Bellbrook, Ohio and graduated from University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in Biology. She earned her Physician Assistant degree from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, Ohio; to which she graduated Cum Laude! She completed her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies with emphasis in Trauma through a distant learning program at the University of Nebraska.
Jamie began her career in the Trauma and Emergency General Surgery department at Miami Valley Hospital. While in this position for the past four years, Jamie found her passion. It was through her experiences with trauma patients and their multiple orthopedic injuries that she developed an interest and love for podiatry.
It is this knowledge and personality, coupled with years of experience that makes her a valuable member of the Advance Foot and Ankle Care team.
Jamie still resides in Bellbrook, Ohio and enjoys spending time with her husband Jarod and two daughters Matilyn who is 5 and Alayna who is 4.
Jamie is a member of the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Critical Care of Medicine.
Jamie is on staff with Good Samaritan Hospital, Samaritan North Medical Center, Wilson Memorial Hospital, Upper Valley Medical Center, Kettering Hospital, and Miami Valley Hospitals.
